Introduction
Caribbean Resource Magazine International began in 1992 as an inspiration by the founder Keith A. Thomas to highlight the formidable small Caribbean businesses making a positive mark in the American business community in South Florida. Back then, as now, it was very important to demonstrate to the community that Caribbean business entrepreneurs have the drive and intellect to deliver quality products and services, and succeed in this competitive and challenging business environment. The magazine also focused on important attractions, resources and business opportunities many Caribbean countries had to offer to international community. During the 90's CRM International was a paperback magazine (on your left) distributed throughout South Florida in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. The Company
Kalext Productions, LLC is a minority-owned, limited liability company registered in the State of Florida since April 2003. A consulting and publishing company, Kalext offers creative educational-entertainment products in bilingual learning, business, and technology. Kalext Productions, LLC located in West Palm Beach, Florida (formerly K. Alex T. Associates) has been providing business and technology consulting services and educational-entertainment products to progresive businesses in South Florida since 1989.

The Mission
The objective of Kalext Productions, LLC is to provide the highest quality educational-entertainment products and services including project management, process improvement, six sigma quality management, technology, business games, bilingual games, and specialty book publishing to its clients. Our goal is to stimulate intellectual curiosity and foster learning through a creative educational-entertainment approach.

The Founder
Keith A. Thomas, PMP, MBA, is the founder of Kalext Productions, LLC. Keith is a certified project management professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (SBB) from Smarter Solutions, Inc. He also holds ISO9000/QS9000 certification as a Quality Lead Assessor from Stat-A-Matrix Institute. Keith obtained a BS degree in General Business from Excelsior College (formerly USNY) in Albany, NY. and graduated with honors in Professional Banking from the American Institute of Banking in New York.
In 1995, Keith graduated from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale with an MBA in Financial Services Management. He currently serves as the CEO and Executive Director of Kalext Productions, LLC.

Finally, Keith, born in Kingston, Jamaica, is an alumni of Whitfield Town Elementary School, and Wolmer's High School for Boys in Kingston, Jamaica, West Indies.
